The Output for Crude Steel was Down in Aug
| It is reported that in Aug the production for crude steel is 2.77 million tons, has a down by 1.1% comparing Aug, 2015. Meanwhile, the output for steel products was 1.88 million tons, had a rising of 2.2% comparing with Aug, 2015. The total production quantity from Jan to Aug in 2016 is 20.35 million tons, which is down by 10.6% when comparing with same period in last year. And steel products’ output is 14 million tons, has a down by 11%. Sales Volume for steel products in Brazil has been decreased by 13% to 11 million tons in Aug and the total percent of sales reduction from Jan- Aug is 6%, all the data is year on year.
