Nowadays the price for carbon steel is kept in up and down status, comparing with April, now the carbon steel’s price has a rising by usd20/ton in average, because now Chinese government is taking production limitation policy more strictly, some mills with smaller scale are getting to be closed because of environmental problems. In the near future,it is strong possible that price for carbon steel will hike for a while because of output limitation while increased demand from domestic market. 

On the other side for stainless, in May Chinese government has announced that all intermediate frequency furnaces in China will be closed, since last week the price for stainless is in rapidly rising because of this policy. And in the next few days, the rising status maybe continuous.
