Material characteristics:

As a martensitic stainless steel, 1Cr13 also obtains high strength and good toughness through quenching and tempering at high temperature.Bensteel is usually compared with 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 4Cr13, is the lowest carbon content [TJC STEEL]in the four grades, so the strength is the lowest, and the best plastic toughness.

Applications:

As a low cost stainless steel, 1Cr13 is widely used in machinery manufacturing. It is usually used to manufacture oxidation resistant components below 800℃, such as gas turbine blades, mechanical parts of various pumps, shafts and [TJC STEEL]pull rods of steam equipment, etc.Because of its good corrosion resistance, it is also used as a cutting tool.
