Steel Price Policy for Chinese Mills
| In the first two weeks in 2018, most carbon steel price was taken into lower level in Jan, and now teh steel price is still in slightly down trend. Shasteel, Anyang Steel has adjusted price for deformed bar by usd100-120/ton in the past days of 2018, meanwhile, Baosteel, Xinyu Steel, Tisco, HBIS Wuyang Steel has adjusted price of carbon steel plates to a lower level with down by usd50-70/ton in average. Because of weak demand from market and raw material’s price has gotten a down, someone predicts the price will be kept in down status before the Spring Festival in China.
