The Consumption for Steel in India Increased by 7%
With the influence of increasing demand from end user of construction and auto, the domestic consumption for steel in India has been increased up to 5.5 million tons in April, which has a 7.1%’s rising than the same period in 2014.

The data comes from the United Steel Committee, which is subdivision of Steel Ministry. Data shows that in April, 2015 the non- alloy steel’s consumption was up to 4.8 million tons, which has been increased by 5%. Meanwhile, the consumption for alloy steel has been increased by 25.2%, up to 0.67 million tons.
