Korea’s Steel Importing Quantity Has a Rising of 26% Comparing with Feb, 2015
| According to the data published by Korea Steel Association, in Mar Korea’s importing amount for steel has been increased by 26% on basis of Feb up to 2.01 million tons. In the first quarter Korea has imported 5.55 million tons, though there is a 2%’s decline comparing with the last quarter in 2014, because the importing quantity is much large in 2014, so at present the importing quantity is also in high level. For the origin, in Mar the quantity imported from China has a obvious rising, which is up to 1.20 million tons and has a 33%’s rising on basis of Feb and 10% on basis of year on year.
